We have had an awesome experience living at Priest Lake. Ryan and the office team have always been prompt to take care of any needed issues and for most willing to accommodate anything needed. We have never received any issues with Maintenance. They may not always be able to come out right away but we are understanding! Thank you guys so much. We will truly miss living here.

I have been living at Priest Lake apartments for two years and I love it. If I ever had an issue (which is rare) Ryan always listened and took care of it. They really want to make sure that the residents are getting the best experience while living here. I would recommend any of my family or friends to reside at Priest Lake.

Lived there 10yrs now not planning on moving

We have been here going on 7 years. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is on the ball. Good location and great amenities. Quiet also. The lake is a quick walk on the trails and go fishing often.

We Love Priest Lake! Ryan and the Office team have been amazing! We are happy we have renewed again!

My family and I left a small, rural community in far western Kentucky when the plant both my husband and I worked closed down. Job opportunities are scarce there and we took a chance and moved to Nashville, not knowing what to expect. From the very beginning, the team here has been so helpful. Any maintenance request has been promptly and professionally answered, the recent upgrades and amenities here are beautiful and the price of rent are definitely competitive for anywhere in Nashville. When it comes to staff, I want to give a SINCERE thank you to Angela, Serena, and Ryan for making us feel like family. We have been here for over 3 years now, are buying a home, and will be leaving the Priest Lake community soon. I justed wanted to say thank you to the Preist Lake team for making our transition to Nashville a great one.

I had some trouble with rent due to the new management and website changes so I was late on payment, then got overcharged, and it was complicated but the staff was very understanding and fixed the overcharges. They didn't doubt me and listened to a very complicated explanation as to what went wrong and I wasn't overcharged a penny. Very helpful, there's always parking, everybody is friendly, and maintenance is on top of everything!

Just want to give a shout out to maintenance team, they are very nice and do a good job. Thank you!

My family and I have lived here since August, our situation granted that we needed something quick and affordable that would allow our big boxer baby Luke! Not only did Ryan notice the frustrating stress when I first walked in the door, he ensured my tour was not only quick but very informative.since our move in date, very few issues have arose (as to be expected with life) and Ryan is always available and ready to deal with the issues. The maintenance team moves very quickly and efficiently as to get the job done without taking too much of your time. I was very happy to learn Ryan had been promoted to manager, and to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great location with the best staff in Nashville PRIEST LAKE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE YOUR NEW HOME!
